Targus Easy Script Generator for Targus Utilities Released

Targus has released the first version of the Targus Easy Script Generator (TESG) for Windows.

TESG is used to automatically generate a Windows PowerShell installation script, that Administrators can implement with Group Policy and SCCM, to install, configure, or uninstall any one of, or a set of the latest versions of the Targus Docking Station Utilities for Windows.

This intuitive program provides an easy to understand GUI to select the various Targus Docking Station Utilities and installation options for and including MAC Address Clone (TMAC), Wireless Auto Switch (TWAS), A/V Configuration (TAVC), and Ghost Device Removal (TGDR). No command line or PowerShell programming is necessary. TESG saves IT Administrators tons of time that otherwise would be spent determining and then typing command lines and switches for various configuration options. This makes deploying any or all of Targus Docking Stations Utilities easy-peasy.

TESG can be downloaded from any of the associated dock product pages, i.e. https://cdn.targus.com/web/us/downloads/SetupTESG.zip.
